The ALF (Anchovie Looking Fly) Stir Fry is part of Fly H20's World Record Series. Bill and Kate Howe used trial and error with newer synthetic materials to come up with this slim bodied fly that looks like a free meal to many species in the salt and the fresh.

 

The ALF Stir Fry has many applications. Offshore, the Stir Fry can be used to bring in Dorado and Skipjack Tuna. Inshore, the Stir Fry is a tasty meal for a Roosterfish. In the fresh, modify the fly with a pink lateral line, the Stir Fry is a trout fry that Striped Bass love to gorge on. There are probably other options that haven't been tried yet.
